Roy Vardheim is the CEO of Gassnova SF (acting). Vardheim has been in charge of Gassnova’s TCM department from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that he was the CEO of Technology Centre Mongstad (TCM).

Vardheim has extensive experience in executive management in a series of companies, including periods as CEO of Norske Skog Saugbrug AS and Borealis. He also has international experience in the top management, including roles at Borouge in the Middle East and BIS in Scandinavia.

Vardheim serves as the Chairman on a number of Boards, including those of TCM Assets AS, Grenland Havn IKS, Skagerrak Sparebank, Frier Vest Holding AS and Grenland Havn Eiendom AS. Roy Vardheim holds a Master degree in Industrial chemistry from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (now known as the Norwegian University of Science and Technology).

Audun Røsjorde has been responsible for the interface and overall CCS chain during the development of Longship between 2016 and 2021. He has previously worked as a process engineer at Wood, Hydro and Equinor. Røsjorde has extensive experience in project delivery, implementation of technology and management.

Audun Røsjorde received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Elisabeth Klerck Nilssen has extensive experience in management, business development, communication and strategy. She has built businesses in the fields of technology and renewable energy in Africa. Additionally, Klerck Nilssen has headed strategic work and innovative initiatives on behalf of several major organisations in a consultancy role. She comes from a background in journalism having worked as part of NRK’s finance team, as well as having worked in PR and served as Director of Communications for the Federation of Norwegian Enterprise.

Elisabeth Klerck Nilssen holds an Executive MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics, a first class BA in Journalism and Management from the University of Stirling and a BA in Political Science from the University of Oslo.

Harald Anvik has worked in Gassnova’s Full-scale CCS department since 2018. Prior to this, Anvik has been in different management and project management positions at various companies, including Elkem, Kongsberg Maritime and Wood.

Anvik holds a Master of Mechanical Science having graduated from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (the Norwegian University of Science and Technology). Harald Anvik also holds a Master’s in Technology Management from the Norwegian School of Economics, Norwegian University of Science and Technology and National University of Singapore.

Rune Gutteberg Hansens’ background is from change management, strategy development, communications and reputation management for national and international companies – both in the public and private sector. Gutteberg Hansen has held leading positions as Communications Director at Volvo Cars, Communications Manager at Statnett SF and Coop Norge AS, and Marketing Manager at the national newspaper, Dagbladet. He also has experience as a consultancy advisor.

Rune Gutteberg Hansen`s educational background is from NHH Norwegian School of Economics, AFF leader and organizational development consultancy and BI Norwegian Business School. He has participated in the Commander Officers Course at the Norwegian National Defense College.

Tove Dahl Mustad has held a range of managerial posts within Gassnova, including holding responsibility for the full-scale project during the concept and feasibility phases, as well as managing the External Relations department. Dahl Mustad has also been a project manager. She has also worked in a variety of roles in the oil, gas and petrochemicals sector for firms such as Ineos, Borealis and Equinor.

Tove Dahl Mustad is a Chartered Engineer in Process Technology having graduated from Telemark University College (now known as University College of Southeast Norway).

Ingveig Slettebø joined Gassnova as its Chief Financial Officer in 2008, before taking on additional responsibilities for human resources in 2013. Slettebø has extensive experience in the oil, gas and petrochemicals industries. She has worked in management, financial management and control, in relation to ongoing operations, major development projects and research and development.

Ingveig Slettebø holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen.
