Documents relating to Gassnova SF have been subject to the Norwegian Freedom of Information Act since 1 January 2009, with the exception of documents concerning the management of the Norwegian State’s interests in CO₂ management projects (Section 1, third paragraph, letter f, of the Regulations to the Freedom of Information Act).
