Management Team

Tove Dahl Mustad has the overall responsibility for Gassnova’s strategy and business development processes. Mustad has held several different management positions in Gassnova, including as responsible for Gassnova’s work with planning the Longship project up to the investment decision in 2020, and previously also headed the department for external relations and communication. She has also worked in a variety of roles in the oil, gas and petrochemicals sector for firms such as Ineos, Borealis and Equinor.

Tove Dahl Mustad is a Chartered Engineer in Process Technology having graduated from Telemark University College (now known as University College of Southeast Norway).

Harald Anvik started his work in Gassnova in 2018 and have worked with the Longship project through the FEED period and now leads the Gassnovas follow up on the Longship support agreements. Earlier Anvik have had management and project management positions in companies as; Elkem, Kongsberg Maritime and Wood.

Anvik has a master in mechanical engineering from NTH (NTNU – Norway) and a Master in technology management from NHH, NTNU and NUS (Singapore).

Fred Bjørvik is Director Corporate Governance and Chief Financial Officer. Fred joined Gassnova in 2017 and has, among other things, worked with controlling and been a member of the company meeting at TCM DA. Fred has more than 20 years’ experience from companies within research and development, oil and gas, consulting, auditing and the beverage industry.

Fred Bjørvik holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics (MBE) from BI Norwegian School of Management.

Kari-Lise Rørvik is head of the Technology and Innovation department and has overall responsibility for following up on TCM and CLIMIT. She is head of the secretariat for the CLIMIT programme. Kari-Lise joined Gassnova in 2016 and has mainly worked with CO2 storage.

Kari-Lise Rørvik is a geologist with a PhD in marine geology and has over 22 years of experience as a geologist from the oil industry as a consultant/exploration geologist and as a climate scientist/scholar from the University of Tromsø.
